JOB TITLE: Construction Superintendent

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Project Superintendent is responsible for the completion of home construction on their assigned projects, while ensuring that the required quality, schedule and budget is achieved. Duties will include, but not be limited to; scheduling, subcontractor management, inspections, plan review and quality control.

SKILL SETS/REQUIREMENTS:

•  7-10+ Years superintendent level experience in all aspects of duties including management of subs, schedules, and progress reports
• College degree in construction related area preferred
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications with a knowledge of all trades
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal
• Proactive problem solving skills
• Team player with ability to adapt to changes and different situations
• Ability to work independently, but also take direction
• Good safety work habits with ability to enforce safety policies on every project
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
