JOB TITLE: Landscape
Superintendent
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work on multiple development sites throughout the South Bay performing
the following duties:
- Schedule and manage all
landscape installations and related subcontractors
- Inspect soil prep and
planting of landscaping improvements for quality and workmanship and
to verify compliance with plans and specifications
- Participate in preparing
invitations to bid for landscape projects
- Act as the liaison between
the Landscape Architect, Owner and Subcontractors
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Act as the liaison between
the Landscape Architect, Owner and Subcontractors
- Minimum of 5-7 years of
related experience
- Ability to read and
interpret improvement and landscape plans as well as city and state
standards
- Excellent safety work habits
with the ability to enforce safety policies on every project
- Strong written and verbal
communication skills
- Ability to multitask and
meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic;
responsible and honest
